One Of My Favorite Spots In Lafayette

I love this spot in Lafayette. While on a photowalk last week I stopped to make this photo. I have made similar photos before, but why not one more? You have a fictional mural of Lafayette with the real courthouse peeking up over the top. This is a good spot to make a ‘Lafayette’ photo. I really wish that the lower level of the bank on the right hand side of the frame was more windows to give me a fun reflection to play with. That would make this photo even better.

Lafayette Photowalk Week

This week is a kind of simple theme. It is all about walking down Main Street in Lafayette.  A while back I made a category for the blog called Main Stree Memories. I like the idea of making photos in my town over time. This week is all about actually getting out and about and making photos in the town that I live in.
