The Chalmers Post Office

This year while in town for softball I went through downtown Chalmers hoping that the space in front of this post office was empty. I have been here a lot and the parking spots in front of the post office have always been full. We really lucked out and my little one thought I was crazy for being this excited to make a photo of this post office. I have tried for a couple of years now though, and I finally made the photo that was in my head.

The Small Scenes

When this blog started I only had the thoughts of making photos of the grand scenes.  This would never have been on my radar. There is something about this smaller scene though that I have come to love. The building is great, but what makes this for me is the mailbox as well as the local news box in front. It is just a small photo that I really love.
