Finding A New Use For The Grain Bins

I made this photo a couple of years ago while driving through Remington. A couple of weeks ago I found out that a San Francisco based artist has bought these bins with what I assume is the idea of painting them. I love the idea of this being a completely new piece of art in Remington. These old storage units stand high over the small towns where they are located. To see art that tall would really be something else. This is a project that I will try to keep an eye on, and maybe even try and document a little.

About Cameron Moberg

Cameron Moberg or Camer1 as he is known as well has really made his mark on our area. He has either painted or helped curate much of the art that you see on buildings from here to up into the region. It is neat to see this artist from California kind of find a second home here in Indiana. With projects like what I hope is to come in Remington he has even more reason to come back to the area.
