Egg Decorating For Easter

Every year we sit down and decorated a few eggs for Easter. Part of the fun for me is documenting that process. This year I had a happy accident that you can see above. My shutter speed slowed down a little bit, but it let the glitter kind of flow through the photo. It was an accident but a happy accident as Bob Ross would always say.

Making The Family Photos

As much of a tradition as the egg making is me starting to get burned out editing photos this time of year. I find that I am making less photos than normal because sports photos are always being made. Editing hundreds of photos each day only to do it all again the next day can start to wear on you. I love making them, but the thought of editing another batch starts to creep in. I start to pass up photos for that reason. In the past these types of photos have sat on my computer for a while before getting edited. This year I got to them pretty quickly.
