The New Old Bruno’s

Happy New Year! We start off the new year with a photo of the new old Bruno’s down on the Levee. When I was at Purdue down here Bruno’s was a cool building not far from this one. They needed to tear it down through because they had a new plan for the area and they wanted to move the road. This building stood for a while, and has been a staple ever since I moved back. It needed to be torn down so that they could redo the area and move the road. Kind of sounds familiar. Bruno’s is back though much closer to my house which is a good thing though.

Should Old Acquaintances…

This week I am going to look at the buildings in the Wabash Levee area that are being torn down to make room for another high rise. I had originally had this idea for a couple of months ago, but my idea of change really changed that week. This week being the change into a new year made me think that it was a good week to bring this idea back. All this week we are going to look at buildings that we have lost this year.
