Sunset In Downtown Wolcott

Last night I was down the road from Wolcott in Remington to photograph a softball game. On the way home I took some time to make some photos in both of these towns before heading home. As I drove through Wolcott the sun was just starting to set. I found this little spot in downtown, and I knew that it was my subject for the sunset. One thing about both Remington and Wolcott is that they have some amazing public art on the buildings. I think I could spend a day just photographing all of it. Here it made for an interesting foreground subject for the sunset.

Back In Wolcott

It has been over ten years since the last time I visited Wolcott. I made some fun photos on that day, but I just never made it back. Lately with a different eye for photos I knew that I wanted to make it back to this town to see what has changed. I found a cool little town with art all over. I need to get back there again on a day when I have more time and more light to work with.
