Making Film Photos At The Hahn Museum
The sculpture garden at the Hahn Museum has been a place where I have practiced photography for a while now. It is a really good place to have some fun with my film cameras. The sculptures do not move so they make good subjects to work on my manual focus techniques. This sculpture has always fascinated me. I think that there is a reason that it is the first sculpture that you see when you enter the garden.
Getting Back To Film
I made this photo with my little one as we were leaving the museum after checking out the trains and the Christmas decorations. I had just a couple photos left before I was done with the roll. I really wanted a Christmas themed roll in the camera so I had some fun finishing this roll of Portra 400 in the garden. The roll that I switched to is still in my camera months later. I need to get out there and make more film photos.
