Another Look At Mollenkopf
Last night I went up to campus to try and find some cool light for some black and white photos. I was honestly heading straight to the Boilermaker statue just down from the entrance to Mollenkopf when I saw the way that they light from the football stadium was hitting it. There was something happening in the stadium where they had the lights on. The spill from the stadium set up this photo. I really like how it turned out. I kept walking for a while, but I had already made my photo a few feet from my car.
The Monochrome Project
This month being a shorter month I thought that it would be a good time to try something out. The goal is to find a photo a day that would be an interesting monochrome photo. It is a way to help me see a little bit. With everything being kind of drab because of winter anyway this is a great time for this project. It is always good to force yourself to see things a little bit differently. Hopefully this month trains my eye a little better to see the light.
