Making Full Moon Photos

One of my favorite things to do is to make photos of the full moon. Tonight we have another full moon. As I am writing this it is still up in the air if the clouds will cooperate tonight for the photo. I would call this an outtake from a previous night out with the full moon, but I like it too much for it to be an outtake. It is just another fun photo from a very fun night.

A Popular Subject

The Purdue bell tower ends up being in many of my full moon photos. It is the highest building around that lines up with the rising moon while it is still fairly low. I have tried to use other tall objects around, but with the clock tower I can be in a high position so that I can make photos with the moon much lower.
