My Favorite Photos From The 2022-2023 Purdue Women’s Basketball Season

This is another year that I will just call weird. My season pass was not found until there were four games left in the season. Of those four I had a work conflict on one, and the other was cancelled. I only photographed the Boilers three times this season. That is crazy to think about. I think that Katie Gearlds has this team on the right track, and they play an exciting brand of basketball. I was able to get into Mackey to see the first sellout for a women’s game since I was a student at Purdue. The good news is that this team is on the rise. Maybe I am always a glass is always full kind of a guy, but I think that they are poised to start doing some great things. Selfishly I hoped that their postseason would have them at Mackey so that I could see them a little more, but they better have some big crowds in Columbus to cheer them on. I am going to treat this post much like my high school best of posts. I will treat it like a game gallery showing the day from start to finish. Here are my favorite photos from this past season.
