A Bald Eagle Grabs A Quick Lunch
Last week I was down by the Wabash River hoping for an eagle sighting. This time of the year eagles can be in the trees in great numbers so you just need one in the air to get a few in the air. On this day though no eagles were to be seen. Out of nowhere though I could see an eagle high above circling its way down. It had spotted something in the water so it was diving down fairly quickly to get it. The eagle missed the fish on the first attempt, but grabbed its meal on the second attempt.
