The Backyard Comes Alive

For the last couple of weeks my backyard has really come alive. I have had species there that I have not seen anywhere else. I have tried to make it bird friendly, and I think that it is paying off. I don’t spend nearly as much time back there as I should. With my hummingbird coming back though I bet I spend a little more time back there.

This really is an amazing camera. I started off making backyard photos just to test out the bird eye af feature of the camera. I was shocked by the results though as it really does pick up those little eyes. I don’t know what magic they put in the camera, but it really does work. Below are some favorites from the past week or so from my backyard.
