An Unexpected Visitor

A Crazy Series Of Events

Last night I was cooking dinner when it started to pour down rain. Looking outside I could also see that the sun was out. I walked outside with my youngest to see if we could find a rainbow. We didn’t see a rainbow, but we saw this preying mantis on our front stoop. Of course I ran back inside to grab my camera.

A Quick Ending

As I was making this photo I was listening to what would be the last White Sox game of the season. This was a fun season for sure. It did end a bit too soon, but in April if you had told me that any of this was possible I would have taken it.
