A Golden Morning At Prophetstown State Park

A Beautiful Morning At Prophetstown State Park

When I head out to Prophetstown State Park to make photos I am usually thinking about wildlife with a long lens. In the fall though I tend to bring a wider lens on a camera with me as well just in case I see anything interesting. On this morning with a  nice fog in the air and the sun rising I was glad that I had the camera with me. I made a quick pit stop on my way to making bird photos to make this photo.

Finding A New Frame

I have made a few photos of this barn before. I wanted to try something new so I decided to put the fence in my photo. I made a couple of photos without the fence as a safety, but I liked the photo with the fence in it. It kind of is a good way to show the viewer most of the rule of thirds.
