Inside An Iconic Library
One spot that I was told by many to photograph was the interior of the Boston Public Library. This was an impressive library with a lot to photograph. I loved this scene looking down through the room. The green lights with their warm glow was something that I really wanted to capture. This is one photo from the trip where I felt that it didn’t quite match up with what I saw in person. That just means that I will have to go back again and get it right this time.
Knowing When To Leave
I only made a couple of photos in this room. Even in silent mode the report of my camera seemed to echo through the room. I made a couple of bracketed sets, and then quickly left. Sometimes you have to know when you are doing more harm than the photo is worth.
