Purdue Pulls Away From Wyoming to Win Match One of the 2016 Mortar Board Premier

Yesterday I started my crazy weekend of volleyball off photographing Purdue at home in their first tournament of the year. It was part of a string of five matches over two days in two states that I will be a part of. In fact as this posts I will be getting ready to shoot game one of two in Champaign. It was nice to shoot Purdue for game one of this stretch though as it is the school I attended, and there will always be a place in my heart for them. Early on in set one it looked as if Wyoming would be able to go toe to toe with the Boilers. They had a couple of chances to win the set, but they could not convert set point. Purdue battled to take the set, and they never really looked back. This is a strong Boiler squad that I think will get better as the year goes on.

More Photos From the Match

Usually I place a gallery below of images that I liked from the match. I put together an Exposure page for the match that you can find here with my favorites in it. Over the next few days I will post some of the other matches on the blog with some of my favorite photos in them. This will be a fun two days, and a great way to leave my thirties.
