The Lighting Ceremony

Every year part of our Thanksgiving tradition is to go out and see the first shows at Christmas at Timberlake Woods. This has been a tradition since before the light show was even at Timberlake Woods. The reason we see it every year is because my brother is the one responsible for the light show. He spends a lot of time and energy making the show for us, and what appears to now be a large amount of followers. He really spends time making sure that the lights move to the music, and it makes for a good time for all. While the show was going through its second running last night I made a few photos for his Facebook page for the show which you can find here. The photo above is one of those photos.

How to Find Out More About Christmas at Timberlake Woods

You can find directions, see some behind the scenes photos, and even see some videos from past and present shows on the Facebook page for the show right here. If you are ever in the Martinsville area drive by, tune your radio to 91.7, and enjoy a show. Give a little honk on your way out to let them know that you enjoyed it.
