Shooting the Pro Mazda Series

The last race of the day Saturday at Lucas Oil Raceway was the Pro Mazda Series Freedom 90. I watched the series practice and qualify earlier in the day before the racing really started. These cars are a little bigger than the USF 2000 that ran earlier in the day. These cars were fun to shoot though. They have the classic Indy car look, and they looked great on the track at LORI.

Below are a few bonus photos from the day that I liked. I shot most of the qualifying for this series in turn one straight on. The practice I shot in between turns one and two from inside of the track. I was playing the shutter speed game during their practice session seeing just how low I could go. You will see a bit of both of these locations below.
