Another Great Day at the Boilermaker Soccer Complex

Yesterday was another great day at the soccer complex. The light was amazing when the clouds allowed it to be. There is something about even midday light this time of year that is very pleasing. Tomorrow will be one final game for everything with hopefully this great light in the background. If the game goes long the light will be fading, but I hope that we will be in for a show. So far this has been a great tournament, and I don’t see anything changing during the final game.

Wisconsin and Iowa to Meet in the Final

A #2 and a #5 seed will face off for the Championship Sunday at three at the soccer complex. Both teams have played strong during the tournament so far. Iowa has a pair of 1-0 victories to their credit. Wisconsin won their first game 2-0, and then the 1-0 win yesterday over Minnesota. This should be a great final tomorrow, and I hope to have many photos from it.

Once again I have dumped a few photos from the game here on my SmugMug site. I think that as the tournament has progressed so have my shots. I have been trying to change up my locations a bit, but in the end I am always going to where the light is the best. I am not shooting for a particular team, but rather the tournament as a whole so I can afford to do that. It is a nice position to be in.
