Reflections on Columbus

Photo of the Day

Three months ago today we were walking around the Columbus, Ohio area. The trip was not to an exotic location, but sometimes it is those locations that are the best. I had a blast in Columbus. It was while viewing a bridge full of beautiful art that I saw this view of the city. I am a sucker for reflections, and this one was nice to me. The pictures from this weekend are very special to me, and I have enjoyed processing them. I am sure that more of them will end up on this blog in the near future.

Technical Data

I opened this RAW file in Lighroom 5. I wanted a very detailed view of the skyline so I used a Matt Kloskowski preset called HDR Look (Strong) to get where I wanted to be. I then reduced the vignette so that the picture was much more even. That was the extent of my processing on this picture.
