I really wanted to try something different for the new year. I have so many apps on my phone that I rarely use them all. In fact I shoot most everything in Camera+. I just bought it first so I know it the best. I still have a full folder of apps that I would like to give a try. I have Instagram, but after the recent flap over selling the users images I think that I will pass. They may have backtracked now, but I think they will try again.When shooting my shot here just a few minutes before the new year I decided to try Camera Awesome. This was my last picture of 2012. I think that I have a lot to learn with this app before I post too many more pictures with it.
Technical Data
As I said earlier this was shot using the Camera Awesome app for my iPhone 5. I tried to use the new app by Trey Ratcliff called Light Camera, but I didn’t realize that it had to be saved right away. I of course lost everything that I shot that night. The app has so many features to use that I just chose a simple sepia tone for the picture. I really need to explore this app much more because I think that it could be pretty cool.
