Photo of the Day
I have been going through my pictures from this past year picking out my favorites for a top 12 in 2012 post that I will do on the 31st. This is one that really stuck out when going through my derby pictures. Mortician’s Pet #B00 was one of my favorite girls to photograph. Her bout day makeup really was fun to capture. During the last home bout of the season I made a point to get some shots of her. I liked this one the best for some reason out of all of those shots.
Technical Data
This one was an easy shot to edit. I used one of Trey Ratcliff’s presets called ‘A Surprising Touch’ to get this look. I really liked how it softened this portrait for me. After that I sharpened the picture, and added some black back into it still all in Lightroom. A very easy edit.
