Day 213: It’s A Super Moon!

Tonight I camped up on a parking garage in Lafayette with one goal in mind. I wanted to get a shot of the super moon as it rose. Tonight was a rare night where a full moon is as close as it will be to Earth so it appears to be very big. I have had terrible luck trying to shoot the moon so tonight I went in hoping to change my luck. I really did not take any picture that really stuck out to me. I took one that might look good in HDR, but that technique does not always work with the moon. I took this shot as a safety just before I left. It is simple, but I kind of like it.
