Today I worked most of the afternoon so I went looking for a shot after I got off. I had a couple of ideas, but I decided to revisit a shot for Earth Day. I sat in this same spot early on this winter to get a good shot of this small creek after a very early snow. I had always planned to go back when a heavy snowfall came, but that never happened. I decided to shoot the scene full of green to see how that looked. Besides some blur from the wind it came out okay. This shot might look even better in fall.
Tomorrow is a major milestone for this blog. I will hit day 200 of taking pictures. If you had asked me a while ago it I would have made it this far I would have told you that you were crazy. This has been a fun ride so far, and I think it will just keep getting better. A blog I follow just hit the 100 post milestone. You can check out his first 100 days here.
