Tonight after the trucks cleared the roads a bit I went out to try some long exposures again. My first stop was the same parking garage that I shot a couple nights ago. I was somewhat happy with my image, but it was very nearly the same shot that I uploaded on Sunday. From there I went to a parking lot across the street from Mackey Arena. That is where I took this 30 second exposure of Northwestern Avenue. For some reason I was having trouble dialing my camera in tonight. The night seemed great to get some good pictures, but I couldn’t seem to do it. I left from here to try out another parking garage on the other side of the universities clock tower, but the clock tower seemed to be blown out in every shot. I will have to keep trying as I really like some of the results that I get with the long exposures. As the post title says though I have a long way to go until I get the hang of this.
