Day 109: The End of a Good Book

Yesterday I finished a good book. I was getting ready to put it with my other books while I looked for a subject to shoot. It was then that I realized that it was my subject to shoot today. I worked late so I had limited time to find a subject worth shooting. I decided that I would try something out with my 50mm lens. For some reason these kind of shots look good in color, but look much better in black and white to my eye. I may have phoned it in a little today, but over the course of 365 days that is bound to happen.
