On Google+ I joined a 52 week challenge that gives us something different to shoot each week. I am not a very creative person so I usually take everything literally. I have not really been paying attention to the assignments ahead of time because it does me no good to shoot the picture a week early. It has to be shot in the week that it is assigned. As soon as I saw this week’s theme I knew that I had two ways that I could go with it. This was one of those ways. I wanted to try and frame a subject through a fence using the fence as my rule of thirds guide. For those not familiar with the rule of thirds here is a quick run through of what I mean. I shot this early today, but kept looking for something better. In the end this actually was a great way to use the theme so I submitted it.
Since today is day 100 of my photo a day quest I thought that I might end up posting quite a few shots from the day. I know that the bonus shot should come after the regular shot or it is not a bonus, but I have not processed that shot yet. Now I had better hope that it comes out the way that I think it will or the bonus shot might be the only shot today.
What Google+ challenge are you a part of, I may join in!
It is a 52 week challenge that we started with the New Year. I am sure it is closed by now, but you might as well try joining it. It actually makes me think outside the box a little which is good.
