Today I had another long day at work. I was wondering what I could photograph while I was on my way to my brother’s house. That is when it dawned on me that I could go back to the well and get another picture of the new puppy. Once again we were in light that kept me at my max ISO. Riot is a quick little guy so getting him in frame can be a challenge. I love the way he bounds after everything. I really wanted to capture that on film, and I sort of did here. When he decides he wants something he just lunges after it. Here I captured him right as he started forward after the tennis ball. I will have to get some shots of him during the day when I have the light on my side.

I can definitely see the noise, but I like the photo anyway. Sometimes it’s just hard to get a photo late at night if you don’t want stars or the moon.
A cute puppy is always a fun subject and it generally works well for a wealth of photo ops. I can’t wait to see more of him.
