The Red-bellied Woodpecker At The Celery Bog

The last bird that I photographed last Monday was this red-bellied woodpecker. I was ready to leave the woods, but this woodpecker looked around the tree right at me. It was too good of a photo not to make. The bog is always giving you something even when you are not expecting it.

Birds Of The Bog

This week I am looking at a few birds of the Celery Bog. It is a fun little theme that I need to make more photos for. I don’t get out to the bog nearly enough anymore. As the spring goes on I need to get out there more to see some of the birds that are migrating through.
