The Larry Bird Statue At Indiana State
With the NCAA Tournament starting today it only makes sense to post a photo of an Indiana basketball legend. Larry Bird helped put Indiana State on the map in the late 1970’s. His legend is larger than life so it only makes sense that his statue would be as well. I made this photo before a game in 2017. I was always waiting for the perfect time to make a photo with a great sky. The odds of that happening when I was in town and could be out there were always slim, but it always seemed like a goal to strive for. I never did make that photo. The good news is that time is on my side. I still can get down there to make the photo that I had in mind.
The Canon Days
I always look back at the photos I made with my Canon gear with fondness. It was the gear that started this whole thing for me. I loved my Canon 5D Mark IV. I made many photos with it. The 24-105mm lens that I made this photo with was one that made tons of photos for me as well. I love my Sony gear, but this old Canon camera just had a look to it.
