A View Of Cumberland From Afar

A few years ago we drove out to the coast for our summer vacation. On our way home we stayed in Cumberland, Maryland for the night. I had a great time that morning walking around the town making photos. On our way out of town I made this photo looking back towards town. I love how the steeples rise over everything else. At the time I would never have posted this even though I love it.

A Little Fun

One thing that I love about this photo is that there is some mystery to it. Right in the middle past the large hill is a cloud that could also be a mountain in the distance. I love how that makes this photo look like it was made of a valley town in the mountains. This was a fun trip, and I like how this photo kind of sums up this town.
