One Of My Favorite Buildings To Photograph At Night

When I am downtown I love photographing the Oppenheimer building. It lights up perfectly for scenes like the one above. It makes sense that it is the last photo of this project this month. This is always a fun project to have in February. It is a month with very little color most of the time so why not make everything black and white? It gives me something to look for and to go out and find.

Black And White February

For this entire month my afternoon theme is black and white photos. I started this a couple of years ago because I was not seeing any color around. That year I made every photo of the month black and white. Of course I saw the best sunrises and sunsets that entire month. I couldn’t post them though because of the theme. This year I am just posting my black and white images in the afternoon. It is a fun way to play with the fact that there is not much to see out there with my theme.
