The Night Owl In Otterbein, Indiana

This is part of the really cool downtown in Otterbein, Indiana. I was down here on a super cold night when the snow had just started to come down. I love to make snokeh photos, but when it is negative wind chill even I start to question what I am doing. I love the simplicity of this photo though, and I am glad that I made it.

Having Fun

A few years ago I had the best year ever for this little blog. I really tried to have a good year with it. I was going out of my way to get engagement, and I was making photos that I thought would bring views. It was a good year for the blog, but I have never felt more burned out. I was not making photos for me. I was making photos for others. I decided right then that I wouldn’t do that anymore. I would be a bit more selfish with my photography. I have been having a blast the last couple of years, but the views just were not there. I really didn’t care so much. I was having fun. For some reason at the end of last year things started to pick up again. The views were rising, and I was doing what I wanted. This year has been a good year. I had the best January that I have ever had on the blog. As of yesterday this month is the best February that the blog has ever had. I think that it means more when people are coming to look and I am putting stuff out there that I love. That is a long way to go to thank you for stopping by to read this little blog.
