Having Fun With The Toy Pit

Last winter I had a few shoots in a row that took me past the Toy Pit a few times. It is a very cool looking building that over the course of a couple of weeks I found a few ways to highlight it. It also had a cool look to it that works perfectly with the theme this month.

Black And White February

For this entire month my afternoon theme is black and white photos. I started this a couple of years ago because I was not seeing any color around. That year I made every photo of the month black and white. Of course I saw the best sunrises and sunsets that entire month. I couldn’t post them though because of the theme. This year I am just posting my black and white images in the afternoon. It is a fun way to play with the fact that there is not much to see out there with my theme.
