Snokeh In West Lafayette

On my way home from a family get together last Saturday I was making snokeh photos. My little one was with me and she was not fazed at the fact that I kept stopping and it never seemed like we were going to get home. We were almost in our neighborhood when I made this photo. I am impatient and as a kid I would have had a fit if we were stopping again this close to home. She went with it though and let me make this photo. I always like making my own stars with snokeh above the building.

Black And White February

For this entire month my afternoon theme is black and white photos. I started this a couple of years ago because I was not seeing any color around. That year I made every photo of the month black and white. Of course I saw the best sunrises and sunsets that entire month. I couldn’t post them though because of the theme. This year I am just posting my black and white images in the afternoon. It is a fun way to play with the fact that there is not much to see out there with my theme.
