A Fun New Toy

Last week I stopped by the new camera shop in town. Of course I found an old Leica point and shoot camera to play around with. It was a little pricey, but I instantly came up with a few uses for it. It is the perfect camera to have a little fun with from time to time. What I paid for it will be offset by the creativity it sparked in me. It is also my first Leica. Now I can be a pretentious photographer.

Party Like It’s 2006

There is a new trend throwing it back to 2016. This camera came out in 2006. I made this photo right after walking out of the store without adjusting any setting. Of course the date on them is now January 1st, 2006. It is hard to believe that 2006 is twenty years ago. This camera will be a fun one to play around with this year. Twenty year old tech put to the test. This building right next to the camera shop was a perfect subject to make my first photos with the new toy.
