The First Rensselaer Mural

From what I have read I believe that this mural by Cameron Moberg was the first mural of the RENARTWLK project. It was the first one that I saw as I drove into town for sure. It is showing some signs of aging so I am glad that I was able to document it when I did. One cool thing about this project is that it is kind of evolving. When a piece weathers they paint a new one. The project can kind of keep going that way.

A Short Theme Week

This week is a short theme week. As with the last couple of years this blog turns into a Christmas blog the day after Thanksgiving. I have already been listening to Christmas music, and the first few posts are already written. I have some ideas to maybe make this year a little different than in years past. The Purdue Christmas tree will still be included of course, but I want to show off some other towns versions of Christmas.
