The Frankfort Pizza King

I made this photo before a softball game that my daughter was playing in Frankfort. I knew that this location was just past our turn to get to the ballpark. I ‘accidentally’ missed the turn so I had to turn around. As soon as I started to turn in to get going the right way my little one knew what was going on. My kids are pretty good with these little sidetracks that we get on sometimes. I love the local school mascots in the windows here. That bit of local flair is what this Pizza King series is all about.

Pizza King Week

Last week we grabbed dinner at a Pizza King and it reminded me that I have a few Pizza King photos just sitting around. This little project photographing them has been fun. In a lot of towns they are a meeting place. Those meeting places have been my subjects for the last couple of years. This week in the afternoons I will be taking a look at some of the Pizza King restaurants that I have visited in the last couple of years.
