The Medaryville Pizza King

This is a town that I had driven through hundreds of times, but never stopped in until last year. This was part of my first time through the town. I saw this Pizza King location and it was everything that this series is about. The for sale sign in the window might also make it the first photo to make the blog as a former Pizza King. That is a series that has sort of accidentally come into existence. I have not posted any of those yet though I don’t think.

Pizza King Week

Last week we grabbed dinner at a Pizza King and it reminded me that I have a few Pizza King photos just sitting around. This little project photographing them has been fun. In a lot of towns they are a meeting place. Those meeting places have been my subjects for the last couple of years. This week in the afternoons I will be taking a look at some of the Pizza King restaurants that I have visited in the last couple of years.
