Seeing Vacation Manor Live

Friday night I had a football game that I thought would prevent me from seeing most of the Vacation Manor set at the Star City Nights Festival. A lot of running in my game meant that it got over early. I would be able to see the entire show. I will be honest and say that I didn’t know about Vacation Manor before they were announced for the festival. There seemed to be a buzz about them though so I decided to check out their music. I started rotating songs into my playlists while I was editing. I found that they were quite good. Live they were even better. I was only going to stay for a few songs as I had a long day ahead on Saturday, but I ended up staying for the whole set.

The Star City Nights Festival

Because of my game I really did not get to see as much of this festival as I would have liked to. This looked like a great festival, and I wish that it was on a better night. Next year hopefully it falls on a night that I am not doing something. From my quick walk through it looked like it had plenty of food, fun, and music.
