The Lafayette Pizza King

This Pizza King on the south side of town has the train that brings you your drinks. It sounds like a silly little thing, but after a while it becomes pretty iconic. Right now they are working on the main dining room, but there are a couple of booths available that have access to the train. As we left the sky was looking pretty cool. It made me want to make a photo, and gave me the idea for the theme this week.

Pizza King Week

Last week we grabbed dinner at a Pizza King and it reminded me that I have a few Pizza King photos just sitting around. This little project photographing them has been fun. In a lot of towns they are a meeting place. Those meeting places have been my subjects for the last couple of years. This week in the afternoons I will be taking a look at some of the Pizza King restaurants that I have visited in the last couple of years.
