Another Photo Of Leon’s

I made this photo just after selling some gear at Robert’s Camera to buy a couple of new lenses. Every now and then you need to change things out. I was really excited to try out one of the lenses so I went on a little photo walk to do just that. I actually saw this building on my way to Robert’s, and I knew that it would be the first photo that I would make with the new camera.

Editing While Making The Photo

Looking at this building I knew exactly how I wanted this photo to turn out. It would make for a perfect black and white photo with a lot of gray in between. I knew that I would want a lot of contrast letting the blacks go to full black and the whites to full white. When I got home to edit the photo it turned out pretty much how I had it already edited in my mind. Photos don’t always turn out that way, but this one did.
