Lambert Fieldhouse

I have always liked the way that Lambert Fieldhouse looks. It has a few angles that always look good. Here I found a view of it while switching lenses that I really liked. I was running from the press room back to the football field on Saturday night, but the clouds looked too good not to stop and make a photo. It is funny that even in the chaos that can be gameday I am thinking about future blog posts.

The Old Gym

This was the old Purdue basketball stadium. Some schools have done some cool things like going back and playing an exhibition game in their old stadium. Sadly right now I think Purdue basketball is too popular to do such a thing. They nearly fill Mackey for a scrimmage. They have outgrown the old gym. It would be cool to see one of the basketball teams do something cool like playing in a unique venue though. Maybe a basketball game in Ross Ade could happen. It would be awesome to see the stadium filled to see a basketball game. It is unlikely to happen, but as a photographer you can always wish for cool photo opportunities.
