An Old Station

I love finding these old service stations in towns. At least I assume that is what this was. This has the look of an old station that would have allowed for two cars to be worked on at the same time. The office was in the middle. I could be dead wrong about this building and it could have been anything else I suppose. I just loved the look of this building even if I can’t find any more info on it. I could see the street being widened and the area where the pumps were becoming the parking spots in front.

Having Fun In A Small Town

I went to Flora to photograph the library and the old Mail Pouch barn primarily. I didn’t know much else about the town. I had driven through it years ago, and remembered the mural at the stop sign. Part of the fun though is finding these little buildings that interest me. Finding a good location, and then seeing how it could be photographed best.
