Sunset At The Fountain

Like yesterday’s post I made this with freshman all over the place. I had to wait to find a moment when the frame was clear of people standing. With a two second exposure people could be moving through the frame and disappear. I just needed everyone in the frame to move. Here I lucked out to get that frame with the sunset looking good in the background. This fountain is usually not on at sunset so I was happy to make this photo.

Purdue Week

This week I am taking a look at some of my favorite places on campus at Purdue. There are a couple of reasons for that. The first is that this is the first week of the school year for Purdue. The second is that thirty years ago this fall I set foot on this campus for the first time. It is hard to believe that it has been that long. Time flies and campus changes. This week I plan on looking at a few campus landmarks that have a special meaning for me.
