Rabi Towing Paints Food Finders
Rabi was probably the most outgoing of all of the artists that came to town. He had a big wall, but also a big idea. The first night of the festival I watched him project at night. I got a couple more chances to watch him project, and those were some of my favorite photos of the festival. This wall is pretty hard to photograph and get it all in. Without a drone I don’t have a good plan for showing it off without part of it being warped in some way. I have had fun coming back over the year though to make more photos of it. If you head to the wall be sure to stand on the X to get the full show. This wall is not on the Wabash Walls site, but it is located on the side of the Food Finders warehouse in town.
Wabash Walls Week
This week I thought that it would be fun to revisit the walls that were painted last year as part of the Wabash Walls project. I don’t know that I have ever been so inspired to try to be more of an artist than I was last year. Watching these murals go from plan to wall was very cool. Every artist seemed to have their own process, but the end result was great for all of them.
