Waiting For The Light

I was in downtown LaPorte doing a little photowalk when I had an idea for one of my three photo posts. I was waiting for traffic to clear to make a photo with my infrared camera when I saw this kid pull up to the corner on his bike. I thought that while I waited I could make an interesting photo. I guessed that it would look best with the infrared converted to black and white, and I was right. I really like how this photo turned out.

A LaPorte Week

This week the theme for the blog will be LaPorte. I plan on posting both in the morning and at night with some photos from the town that I grew up in. Things change so fast that at times I felt like a stranger in a place that I used to call home. It was fun getting out and exploring to find things that brought back memories of my childhood. This week I hope to share a few fun things about LaPorte.
