Trying To Find The Best Cheeseburger In LaPorte

I have not lived in LaPorte for 14 years now. I was back in town for a few days last week, and I was out and about trying to find some cool things to see. One of my friends mentioned a small event downtown called Cheeseburger In Paradise. It would have music, and a few local businesses selling cheeseburgers with voting happening to find the best cheeseburger in town. It was a fun way to unwind for a bit, and also to find a good burger. My father would always be on the lookout for the best burger around so this was a fun way to remember him as well. At the bottom of the post I will post a few bonus photos from the event.

A LaPorte Week

This week the theme for the blog will be LaPorte. I plan on posting both in the morning and at night with some photos from the town that I grew up in. Things change so fast that at times I felt like a stranger in a place that I used to call home. It was fun getting out and exploring to find things that brought back memories of my childhood. This week I hope to share a few fun things about LaPorte.
