Getting Some Cool Vibes In Fountain Square

If you follow this blog then you probably know that a couple of years ago I found a New York photographer named Saul Leiter. His photos are amazing, and I have spent some time trying to emulate them. The problem is in my mind that he photographed so long ago that nothing looks like that anymore. That all changes when you visit Fountain Square. It is almost a time warp. I would love to come back and do some street photography down here someday. I could really try and emulate Saul with these vintage signs all around.

Hip To Be Square Week

As soon as we started driving around the Fountain Square area of Indy I was hooked. They old signs and art meant that I would have a fun time. We really did not have long in town though sadly. The little time that I had to walk around though I was in photography heaven. I need to get back down there with some time cooked in to make photos.
