Finding A New Astronaut

When I was walking campus yesterday morning I found the fire hydrant that Zach Medler had painted a while back. I saw progress videos of it, and even some completed photos, but I had yet to see it in person. It is right in front of the Armstrong Hall Of Engineering, and is very fitting with all of the space themes in that area. Little things like this make campus walks fun. You never know what you are going to find.

Getting To Campus

A couple of weeks ago I covered two graduations on campus, and it dawned on me that I have been up there very little this year. It is funny how that works. Some years I spend a ton of time on campus, and other times I don’t get out there very often. I think that this year I really have not had any great ideas of what to do on campus. Finding little things like this though is a good reason to get up there more. You never know what you will find.
